Nina van der Plas lives in Queensland, Australia, where she manages her business as a wellbeing therapist. After 13.5 years in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer, lecturer, Manager and business owner operator, Nina found her passion truly lay in assisting people flourish through realising their dreams/life purpose and then putting steps in place to get there.

Nina has always been motivated by people, “I just love them, there is so much to learn about myself and everyone else in every interaction I have.” After realising a number important things after some of life’s lessons, Nina discovered that what stops us from getting what we truly want for ourselves as unique individuals boils down to a few things and the following are just some of them:

·

  • ·       Fear of change

  • ·       Not knowing what you truly want for            yourself

  • ·       Fear of the unknown

  • ·       Limiting beliefs

  • ·       Negative thoughts

  • ·       Not understanding the difference between knowing and believing in something

  • ·       Expecting the negative to always occur

All Women Are Bitches & All Men Are Bastards, highlights the funny things we all do in everyday life, situations and circumstances. It will give you insights into the “whys” of relationship dynamics between friends, family and loved ones and in a lot of cases have you laughing at yourself and the funny things we ALL do. No one is alone and we are much more alike and much more connected than you think.

All Women are Bitches & All Men are Bastards! allows us to take a closer look at ourselves before we point a finger at the opposite gender. Men and women are perhaps more alike than either would care to admit and this book will have readers laughing at how human we actually are. The book provides valuable insights into what goes on behind the scenes in our actions that we show to the world. Once we can look beyond the behaviour and into the emotions from the other person’s point of view, we can have more valuable and interactive relationships with the people we care about. This is a journey inward—sandpaper for the soul.
